I upgraded my GW 8.0.2 system to HP3. Since this update I have one post office that doesn't want to accept new user creations. In C1 I can create the external entity without any errors. The account shows that it is tied to the correct PO in C1 but when I try to login through webmail I get the Mailbox unavailable error. From my Groupwise account I can find the user in the address book without any problems but when I send an email to that account it fails with a D101 User not on post office. It is as if the post office is not receiving it's admin messages. How do I track this through the GW system to see where the issue is? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
