After some network changes last night, I cannot remote control PCs at
my remote office. Fairly simple setup - two offices (main at and remote at connected by a point to point.
While changing out my firewall I discovered a routing issue. I needed
to update routing info for servers at my main office so traffic knew
how to find the remote office. I assumed that was the same problem
for my zenworks server, so I added the route to it. But I still get
an error when I try to remote control PCs at the remote office.

It starts to connect and then says that Authentication Failed. "Rights
Authentication failed. The managed device was unable to contact the
ZENworks server."

The remote office has a satellite server, but I cannot remote it
either. I know it is related to routing somehow because it worked
perfectly until last night's changes.

Any suggestions?
