My customer is asking about how often the Frequent Contacts is updated in GroupWise? Basically we have a user that reports that they are still seeing the wrong contact information for a manager level user. The manager has recently moved offices, and has a change in title, yet the user is stating that the Manager is showing up incorrectly in their Frequent Contact list.

Would it matter if the user is in caching mode or on-line?

Also if anyone can provide a idea of how often the Frequent Contacts is updated I would appreciate it.
