My customer has noticed some random issues that have been cropping up in respect to messages that have been deleted, now returning to the end-users mailbox.

From what I have been told emails, that have been deleted for a couple of years (2008, 2009, 2010 messages) have now returned back as new emails. Another user said that a few email messages that were deleted earlier in the day, also showed up as new messages.

In the case of the first part of the message the end-user closed the GroupWise and the messages were gone, however; in the second case I am unclear as to what might have cleared them up (if anything).

Is there any reason that deleted messages should be coming back?
