I add some user to Technicians group and sync to service desk...I login the account and try to create to incident...it show an error message"You need to have at least one process assigned in order to create a request.".
I re-add the account to Supervisors group....and add all process function...but I save these setting..it show similar error message "An error occurred when trying to save the user.A supervisor must be selected for a Technician Account."
I sure the account has technicians/supervisor groups....I do not why show the error message...
Whether I only set the account belong supervisor group ?
