It sounds like the original poster has a working OES2 SP2/SP3 CLUSTERED DHCP setup where it's been relocated to an NSS volume.

But apparently he needs to migrate that to a new SAN volume.

I'm not sure if the miggui ever had this scenario in mind. I know it could easily migrate the file system, but not sure about the DHCP part since that will create a new pool/volume name.

Any suggestions?

I had thought maybe he was just better off backing up the resource, deleting it, creating it on the new SAN (assuming he can create it with the same name again) and then restoring the data.

But I wasn't sure.
