has been added to novell-afptcpd updated in the November 2011 Scheduled
Maintenance update for OES2 SP3 (note not OES2 SP2 - you need and really
should update to OES2 SP3).

Apple's support article HT4700 can undo the changes via:

sudo defaults delete /Library/Preferences/
