I'm not able to connect any devices to a new installation of Mobility pack 730. I'm testing this out on the WiFi for internal network. There are no firewalls between the GroupWise server and the SLES 11 (fire wall disabled) Data Synchronizer server. The mobility pack installation went fine. I'm using non-secure connections. I've added users to both connectors. Everything seems to be running fine in the DS Web Admin gui. There aren't any errors in the logs. I'm using the username and eDir password to login and it says "unable to verify account information". What is the first step I should take to troubleshoot this?
