We had 10.3.1 running on servers and workstations with little problem, after upgrade to 10.3.4 we now have over all slow login around 5min then the app launcher will take another 10-30 min to display contents. if you try to zac ref we are getting multiple errors on workstations. the most common is "Unable to refresh the system settings"

If you do a zac cc and then zac ref. you loose all the device associcated bundles and policies and receive

THEN System setting error again.

I am able to ping the server using it's dns name.

not sure where to go from here any help would be appreciated.
