We have exactly the same problem as described in TID10100145, but the
BM38SP4_IR3 did not solved the problem.

We use BM3.8. SP4, IR4 on Netware 6.5 SP5.

On the Client site we use Win XP SP2, Netware Client 4.91 SP2, VPN CLient
3.8.11 or 3.8.12(beta) with a Vodafone UMTS Card.

The first connection works fine. After disconnecting from BM Server and
following from UMTS (Connection), we can establish a new UMTS Conenction,
but no new VPN Connection.

The vpn Client seems to hang, with no error message.

What can we do?
