Good afternoon all,

Ran into a problem yesterday with iManager on OES 11. When attempting to launch iManager in Firefox, get the following error message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

I am pretty sure this occurred after running HTTP services in Yast (curiously of course) .... but not 100% sure. Either way, iManager is currently broken. The web services that are not broken include NRM, iMonitor, and default web server (http://localhost). So this issue appears to be related only to only iManager at this point.

After reading many of the related posts, TIDs and other references, it appears the best approach to resolution would to be to validate and export the server certificate (DNS AG servername) from the server and import the certificate again. This is merely an educated guess at this point, being new to Linux in general.

Any thoughts on the best approach would be appreciated.

Thank you. Doug
