We have users with ipads/iphones and a few of them installed the Emoji keyboard. When they send an email and add an emoticon from this keyboard it shows up in GroupWise as a square box and causes all the email from that point forward to not sync until the particular email with the emoticon is deleted or moved to a folder that is not syncing. They get a server connection timeout error. Once the email is moved everything starts to sync again automatically except for users with Androids who have to delete the account from their phone and add it again.

Is there a special config that I have to do to make this work properly or is this just a bug? Anybody have the answer or can at least confirm the issue?
