Hi. I have Zenworks client, and found that Roxio didnt work. After doing a search, I found the RegPatchRoxio.exe patch and have applied it to the test workstation. I have verified that the registry setting identified in the TID is correct (it now says: LowerFilters REG_MULTI_SZ zesdac PxHelp20 [NOTE: PxHelp20 was NOT added by the .exe, it had to be added manually]). However, this does NOT resolve the Roxio problem. Roxio cannot see ANY cd drives in the system.\

The PC is running Windows 7 Professional SP1, 64-bit, full patched.

Does Novell have any intention of further reviewing this problem?
