We have an issue trying to get a custom application we use in our organisation to appear in workstation scans for reporting.

We followed instructions to create it as a Local Product and this showed up creating reports, but no installations were found on any workstations. Thinking it might have been created incorrectly, we deleted the product and attempted another scan to recreate it again, but the files are now no longer found.

We don't know if this is because it is now in the ZAM Knowledge base. Is there any way to remove these files from the Knowledge base or to try restore an older version from backup to start again?
