4 emails unanswered - over a week

(1) about OES11 key NOT in my customer center - BLANK
(2) when setting up OES11 for NCC - password requested - (50 charcter
username !)

Ok so I've NOT picked up the phone yet !
{been busy and only time I've thought about calling them has been after 5pm}

but I should NOT need to..

emailed customer_careEMEA@novell.com
yesterday or was it it thursday night I emailed customer_care@novell.com
and added contact-uk@novell.com too....


very annoying

on the PLUS side - NTS has been very responsive - EXCELLENT infact.

I'll be calling 1st thing Monday but I have to say very disappointed
