I've set at the zone level the Primary Workstation Calculation method to None and the Primary User calculation to Select Primary User and no user selected.

For one specific device in ZCM I've manually set the Primary User to be one of our Novell Users, however when I go to the computer in question, even after a refresh and a restart the agent status says Unavailable. I have a policy I only want to apply when the device's primary user is logged on but it says it's not applied due to not meeting the restrictions set on the policy, so it's not just a cosmetic issue.

I've checked the local device error logs and I can't see anything that stands out as likely to be the cause of the issue.

Does anyone have any ideas?
