Looking for some help solving an issue we are having with some of our users reporting their devices prompting them saying bad user name or password. If the user clicks out and tries to reconnected it will eventually go in on the 3rd or 4th try. We have seen this on both iOS devices and Android devices. Other users with the exact same equipment are able to use the data synchronizer with none of these issues. I should also add this issue seems to have only appeared after the recent 1.2.2 built 794 patch. Any ideas or suggestions?
