Umm that sounds like BS to me. Does anyone know why they would tell me this? Is there another dynamic to distribution lists or edirectory that precludes using "-" in a groupwise internet addressable email? I assume they have some system that doesn't like - and it talks to groupwise so they just made their life easy, but ... that's not really what they seem to say in their response.
