We recently upgraded to Groupwise 2012 running on a Windows 2003 server. I have one user who opens attachments and wants to edit them and then save in the same location every time. The default location keeps reverting back to the c: drive. I have tried changing the "Save, check out" location and that has no affect. Does anyone know where I can change this? She opens the attachment by double clicking on the file and that in turn opens the proper software for the attachment, she edits the document and then does a "save as" and it will not go to the directory that she wants. She performs this action about 10 times a day so saving the document first and then editing and then saving again is a lot of extra steps for her. Any help would be very helpful.
