We are using GW 8.0.2 on NW 6.5.5

This has happened twice that I know of.

A user has received an email from outside of the firm (most likely
Exchange). They were unable to print or forward the email unless they
switched it to Plain Text from HTML. Same experience with other email from
the particular user. Other HTML emails print/forward fine. Other people can
print/forward HTML versions of these same emails with no problem.

All clients (NetWare and GroupWise) are the same. Print drivers are the
same. OSes are the same.

Any particular settings in IE that might affect this? Any other places to
