I have a user running 64 bit Windows 7 that experiencing lockups when locking or unlocking his pc. He has to then power it off because the ctrl-alt-del window never appears. The error message we get in Event Viewer is below. I have tried uninstalling the Novell client and updating it. It was IR 6 it is now IR 9a. I have searched on this error and found that others are having this problem but no one seems to have an answer. I was hoping some one might have an update or some trouble shooting steps. If you need anymore information let me know.
