    Hostname change since SP2

When we upgraded to ZCM 11SP2 we lost the domain name in the hostname field. Now the field just contains the computer name rather than the full dns name. I haven't seen anything related to how this field populates. Because the full dns name isn't there you can't remote control computers via hostname. Any ideas on what to check?

Almost all of our computers are XP but I checked one of the Windows 7 computers and the hostname is showing just the computer name.
