ZCM 11.1a, Windows 7 SP1 clients.

We are plagued with intermittent "Rights Authentication Failed" errors
when trying to remote control. During the remote control attempt, you
get as far as accepting the client certificate, then a window pops up
that says:

Rights Authentication Failed. The managed device was unable to contact
the Zenworks server.

The message log on the Windows 7 device then contains an entry:
Full Message: Unable to perform the Remote Management operation because
the Rights Authentication failed.

Seen a reference to AllowedTimeDiff setting in serverstats.xml, but this
is already set to 120.

Sometimes a reboot of the PC helps, but mostly not.

Have also tried upgrading the nrzviewer to the 11.2 version.

Any and all suggestions welcome :=)
