Updating agent error at installing ZESM Client on Wi7 64bit
I updated the agent from 11.1 to 11.2 on my Win7 Box and the update stopped at installing ZESM.
I followed the instruction in TID 7009538 and i got the error:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\esm\ZESservice.InstallState is denied.
Then it will be rolledback.
This file is not there and I have no rights to create any file in this directory.
Taking ownership and all the other stuff will not solve the problem. The directory is always read-only flagged and no possibility to change - no permission.
It may be a windows problem, but i can´t find any solution.
UAC is set to lowest setting.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
