One of my helpdesk guys moved a user account from one OU to another and his mobile device stopped working. I checked the user status in the mobile connector and he shows as failed. I tried re-initializing the user, and it is failing. I removed him from the ldap group, pulled ldap and verified he was removed from the server however when he is re-added it is failing. I am on the latest version of the mobile connector (1.2.3).
