My boss is wanting to know some info as we're looking to go to gw2012
from gw7.

I haven't had much time to do any digging on any of these yet, so I
thought I'd post here & see if any of you already on gw2012 had any
answers for these:

1. Can we place mailbox quotas on a "Group" type level, rather than
just a system, or individual level?

2. Would like to consider IM functionality. I can see pros and cons
to this, so wondering if this can be set on a group/departmental level?

3. Will GW2012 interface w/Smartphones on a real-time basis?

4. Will accepted appointments show up on all calendars in which a user
has access?

5. Are there any new reporting features?
