I have a user that we changed their email address recently. We had some minor issues with that process but got them resolved easily, however this user can no longer sign into webaccess. When they try to login to webaccess with the new name they get a bad username/password error, if i try the old name i get a mailbox unavailable error. Looking at the logs on the webaccess server I see that it says the new user name does not exist. This user is able to access groupwise through the client with no problem. I have run checks on their user db and msg db and no errors are found. Any ideas?? Thanks
