My NetStorage implementation is no performing as expected.
While in the NetStorage web interface, a user can double-click a file and they are prompted to download or open the file. If you choose to open the file, it will open in the appropriate application. If you choose to download the file, it will download to the local hard drive just fine. This is as I would expect.
However. If you tick the check box next to the file and choose file > download from the menu, the file downloaded appears to be html code attempting to redirect to the NetStorage server when you access the downloaded file. It does not download the file itself. I don't think that this is how it is supposed to be.
Further, a user cannot tick the check box next to a file and choose file > delete. The result is a simple dialog box that says "Error:" Again, I don't think this is right.
So my question is: has anyone see this behavior and where might I look for a resolution?

NetStorage is running on SLES 10 sp4 OES2 SP3. I have applied all updates.
