We are running GroupWise 8 SP2 HP3 on a secondary and primary domain. We originally had some people on our secondary POA and some on our Primary POA, but now they are all on the Primary POA but the secondary is still active.

We have found that in my Groupwise 8 Client as well as others, that if I proxy another employees mailbox that still shows the addressing path to the secondary system, I can forward emails while in their mailbox. However if I access an employee that has the address path to the Primary system the forward buttons are greyed out.

What could be causing this and how do I correct it?
