Since last Friday we have been getting the following error when Checking for Updates from the System Updates tab in ZCC. This is happening on multiple ZCM zones across more than one geographical location, which makes me suspect a Novell issue.

"There was a failure when attempting to contact Novell Customer Center to retrieve available updates. Be sure that you have internet connectivity and that system update has been configured with the correct proxy information: An incorrect http status was received: 403"

In order to help me narrow this down, is anyone else seeing this issue?
