This is an issue that has been occuring for all agent versions, including 11.2.1 now.

When installing the agent on a workstation, the installation hangs until regsvr32.exe is manually killed in task manager.
If an old version of an agent is removed prior to the agent installation, it will also hang when removing the old agent.

Does anyone have this issue? I found an old post from a year ago ( that did not get an answer....

Also, I saw this happening in more than one organization, since I deploy ZCM in many organizations.
I have opened SRs a few times but Novell support did not come up with a solution.
