For anyone who has applied SP1 for OES11, it would be worth checking to make sure don't have a brewing problem in your /var/log/messages
I am getting more than 6KB per minute

along these lines

Certainly more than enough to make it a challenge to find other issues, and possibly fill up tight mount point that includes /messages

control is through
rcsfcbd status
but don't just turn it off as it part of iManager depends on it, it is the owcimomd replacement.

Now to figure out why the failures, why this keeps cycling every 15 seconds, and do I need to keep it? So if any of you have any ideas, do pass them
along.
