I have seen this happen on Windows XP with both 11.2.1 and 11.2.1 MU1. ZENWorks behaves as if the workstation is unmanaged, it won't run DLU, apply policy or refresh. So far the only fix I have found is to clear the cache and refresh the agent, so far this has fixed the problem every time. We have 4,000+ computers on 11.2.1 or 11.2.1 MU1, we still have 9,000+ on 11.2.0 MU2. I'm seeing about a dozen a day so far none have been with 11.2.0 MU2.

Anyone else seeing this?
