    Contacts Randomly Fail To Sync

    I have a spontaneous problem with address book changes failing to sync to iOS devices (both 5 and 6 have this problem). A few weeks after the initial sync, address book changes will no longer sync (whether it's from the phone to Groupwise or vice-versa, the sync breaks.) This problem has been around for a while, and the only way I know to resolve it is to completely delete the user from Mobility and re-add.

    We recently upgraded to Mobility 966, which I had hoped would remedy the problem but it has not. That being said, I am now receiving the attached message when I add a contact from the phone after the sync breaks. Any ideas?
