    Are People's Novell Service Desk Questions being answered?

    I Was asked to investigate Novell's Service Desk so I though the first
    places to go are to the Novell Support Knowledge Base and the Novell
    Service Desk Forums

    On the forums I see questions but not many answers Instead the standard
    autoreply message that your message hasnt been answered

    Should we be looking elsewhere?

    There's never been a lot of activity here. Most customers, if they have issues with Novell Service Desk, just rely on the Novell service contract and Novell Technical Support for any required assistance. You can see current NSD information on Jon Giffard's blog here, version 7 is just around the corner with some excellent new features coming;
