I have not been able to solve this problem.

Starting last week one of our users has reported that if they proxy into another account and try to forward an email that has either a word, powerpoint or excel document (pdf and images send perfectly) the email at the end disappears and never appears in the sent item inbox. There are no errors anywhere after the user clicks on send and completes the spell check. It does not in fact get sent as I have tried it multiple times and times again.

If you do not proxy into the account, forwarding works. Also, this account is the only account affected and it does not matter what user you proxy in with. Other accounts that I can proxy into work fine.

Anyone had a problem similar to this?
