Hi All,

A user has asked to investigate an issue with an email stuck in the pending state. He has tried sending it a couple of times, but with the same result.

I have also tried sending the email from my own account and it too is in the pending state. I even tried a basic email to the two recipients separately but no joy.

The addresses are valid as I was able to send the email from a different email system, however would like to find the cause of the hold up in Groupwise.

Our system is GW8 sp2 Hp2 on a SLES 10 Sp3 server.

We have Gwava 6 installed as a standalone appliance that only scans incoming email.

Any suggestions on where I should start looking?
