We are having intermittent issues where the subject of an email is truncated when received by a user. We are unsure if this is only happening to one user at the moment.

An email is sent via Web Access by a user in one post office, the item has the full subject (e.g. March 2011) when displayed in the users sent items. The email is then opened by the recipient in another post office via GroupWise Client, the subject seems to be truncated down to two characters (e.g. Ma). The Message Id of the mail in both mail boxes is exactly the same but the subject is different.

We have recently upgraded to GW2012 SP1 and all POs are running on OES11 SP1, the Web Access server is still running on OES2 SP3. This issue has only become apparent after the upgrade.
