We have an old Post Office that has been long deleted, that I need to restore email from. What is the best way to do this? The Post Office was at version 7.03 when it was deleted, and we are now on V8.02.

I was thinking of just creating a new Post Office with the same name then recovering the deleted user into this PO (or creating a new one with the same user ID and FID). Then restoring the PO as it was, and setting it up as a restore area. Will this work? Or will GroupWise realise that this is not the same PO and not open the restore area? Are there any other options?
