Hopefully this is the correct thread for this issue….

We have several users reporting a very strange issue with their GroupWise sent items and shared folders.

The scenario:

"User A" sends an email and then moves it to a shared folder, which is owned by "User B".

The next day, the email has been moved from the shared folder into User B's Sent Items.

I have discovered today that there is a reference to these emails in the scheduled Contents check that was run over the weekend - as per below:

Problem 78- Item record has invalid field NGW_NOT_READ
- Subject: Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx
- From: User A
- Date: Jan 15, 2013 - 2:59 pm
- Record 258378 updated successfully

From the summary at the end of the Contents check:

78 Item records with invalid fields................... 517

It would appear that this fairly widespread at the moment.

It looks as though we aren't alone with this issue - unresolved/unanswered questions on the thread below


This has happened for quite some time and any help with a solution or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
