We have been experiencing a pervasive issue for the last 6 months with both ZCM 11.2.1 and 11.2.2. A user will log in and the the Zenworks window will be blank except for "All" and all of the menus will be blank. It seems that if we delete C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\cache and C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\bin\handlers\CacheFiles, refresh Zenworks, then have the user logout and log back in it starts working again. I have tried implementing all of the recomended fixes in TID 7011381 "Devices become unmanaged due to corrupt cache" including setting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\SqliteCache to (REG_SZ) False and updating all desktops to ZCM 11.2.2 with Patch 790668 (See TID 7011416). Thus far I have seen at least one device with SqliteCache set to false and ZCM 11.2.2 Patch 790668 become unregistered, then start working again after a reboot. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
