Hi All,

We are in the middle some sort of legal proceedings and have been instructed to search our entire mail database for items with a specific term during a specific period. We have instructed our users to do the search on their personal mailboxes and forward any items found to a central email account created for this purpose.

My question:

I have a couple of users whose search have returned several hundred results. How do they forward these items to the central email account?

Or can this be done centrally and the results catalogued somehow for legal inspection?

We are running Groupwise 8.02 HP2
