Not sure if this is best particular Forum, but it's a starting point since we use DLU Policies that may be in play here. We continue to experience unwanted, new user profile (re-)creations in Windows 7 whenever the existing user's authentication process faces any difficulty.
In other words, the Novell Client in combination with the ZAA Agent and the Windows authentication process force an automated profile recreation:
from username to username.computername
This may happen a second or third time resulting in:
username.computername.000, or 001, etc.
We're running ZCM 11.1, with a current Novell client and current ZAA agent I believe. We also run McAfee Viruscan 8.8 which I understand could interfere with this process.
Please help. There's so many variables involved not sure where to begin to find the culprit. As you can imagine, it's a big problem when the user logs into a completely clean slate.
