We use Zenworks to propose assistance to our users. Since the users are running Windows 7 instead of Windows XP we have a problem when logging out of the user session and logging back... as admin or asking the user to log back in... The screen turns black... the user can't see a thing but ( We can still control the computer and do what we have to do ) The only way to let a user see what we are doing is by disconnecting our assistance session and proposing a new one when the user is already logged on.

So in conclusion... If you are at the Windows 7 Novell login Screen and take control of the machine and log on... the screen will turn black for the local user...

Any idea how to fix this bug ?
