Hi, I need some advice on how to troubleshoot Novell DataSync if users only get their e-mail an hour or so after the message was delivered in their mailbox. I've checked that the SOAP port 7191 is listening on the post office. If I point a browser to the port I get HTTP/1.1 200 Date: Wed, 06 Mar 2013 23:24:28 GMT Server: Linux GroupWise POA 12.0.1 Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8 Pragma: no-cache. I can also connect from the poa to the mobility server on port 4500 and see the following output on the mobility server with a netstat -na (tcp 0 0 ip of server:4500* LISTEN) . How do I troubleshoot this problem? (I've turned off firwalls on both boxes to eliminate a firwall related issue, but still nothing) Could it be that something is stuck in the event notification queue? Some ideas would be hugely appreciated. I'm running Build 1.2.4 996. -> Grouwpise 12.0.1 if that helps. In the default.pipeline1.groupwise-AppInterface.log I keep seeing the following message - Haven't seen an event for user for 3600 seconds
