We have several 10.3.1 workstations that have not contacted our ZCM servers for a few months. When going to those workstations and look at the client, they are showing unmanaged. I know that re-registering will fix the problem, but we were trying to determin what happened exactly to cause the problem. Our servers were just upgraded to 11.2.2 and we have not started upgrading clients yet. We need to get this problem fixed first. Has anyone come across this and find out exactly what happened?
