I have a user unable to add her account to an SIII cell phone.
We do it the same way for every user, add them to the ldap group and
give them the settings for the phone, which work inside and outside the
The mobility server has now a GoDaddy certificate to avoid problems and
that's working for everybody except one user.
When we put in the account info, dns servername and check for ssl use,
it comes back immediately saying that it can't verify that user account.
I'm looking for steps to troubleshoot this issue. DNS resolution and ip
connectivity are ok.
The user is in GW and in the right ldap group. She used to have a
different android phone and she was ok. She was moved to a different ou
in eDir as she changed phones.
Are there any live logs I can take a look at as we try?
