could it be, again there is a already known issue under 11.2.3 with the ZENworks agent opening the neccessary firewall ports that should already be fixed in TID 7006995.
We have the problem, that we get "Unable to connect to the agent service through the IP Address or DNS" in ZCC from multiple workstations. When I disable the local firewall on the workstations, that button in ZCC becomes green.
With active firewall I can still start the remote management and the clients get their policies etc. from the server. Only the status in ZCC wrong.
