Hi,

My customer have a strange problem in there ZMM setup.

If the user change their password in eDirectory and then do the same password change in the ZMM app on the iPad the sync afterwards will fail.
On a iPhone it works..!?!

I know this sounds weird but its a fact, we have tried it several times and its always the same.
All the users on iPad have this issue, the iPhone users donít have it.

in the ZMM log we found this error:

More or less telling us that it was a wrong password. It seams to me like an bug in the iPad app.

Config:
ZMM server 2.7 running on windows 2008 R2
IOS version : 6.1.3 (Have tryied 6.1.2 same problem)
ZMM app; 2.7.0.3 Enterprise
Activesync using a Datasync server 1.2.4


Any good ideas?
