A few of my workstations will not upgrade from 11.2.0. The devices continue to
show up as "update assigned". These machines would not upgrade to 11.2.2, and
will not update to 11.2.3a either. The zenworks\logs\system-update\ directory
only includes the folder from the 11.2.0 upgrade. The machines have no problems
with the PRU updates, remote management or anything else. Is there a log I can
look at on either the server or workstation that would show me what
the problem might be?
